Each of our earthenware pots are made by hand with pure clay, they are unglazed making your food healthy and non-toxic.

The clay pots are handmade and there might be some variance in size and finishes.
They are safe to use in the oven or gas stovetop, always ensure you start with low heat and increase gradually over time.
Season Before First Use
- Soak Pot and lid in water, thoroughly wash it, avoid using soap instead sprinkle with baking soda or use an eco detergent. Rinse well and wipe dry.
- Fill clay pot with 1/4 Full with water. Add 1 tablespoon of floor of your choice, wheat flour or any all-purpose flour alternative of your choice ( e.g rice, chickpea flour )
- Stir the mixture and cook on low heat with lid on, until the mixture thicken
- Let the mixture cool down
- Discard the mixture and rinse well with water, scrub gently if needed with a soft sponge or a non-abrasive brush
Your clay pot will fully season over time, cook water based recipes (rice, grains, soup, lentils) 3 to 5 times consecutively after initial seasoning, this will help seal the pot.
