Emris was entirely hand built by Berber potters using ancestral techniques, made of clay collected from the Rif Mountains of Morocco. This unique ceramic was hand painted with natural pigments and fired outside on an open fire.

The ancient techniques of firing in open fire often yield unexpected results such as some black firing marks on the ceramics adding to the charm of these unique pieces. We also love its detailed handles hand painted with berber symbols.
